Nanny Questions:

  1. Why do you want to work with children?
  2. What do you like best about working with children?
  3. What is the hardest part about working with children?
  4. What was your best childcare experience? Why?
  5. What was your worst experience in childcare? How did you handle it?
  6. What was your last childcare experience like? Why did it end?
  7. Have you ever had to handle an emergency situation while working as a nanny? What was the situation, and how did you handle it?
  8. What activities do you like to do with babies/children?
  9. How would you handle naps, eating, and toilet training?
  10. What would you do if my child cries all day?
  11. What if my child refuses to eat? Nap?

Baby Specialist Questions:

  7. Are you okay with breast and/or bottle feeding?

  11. What are your soothing techniques for a fussy/crying baby?

Elderly Companion Questions:
